The ‘Pro PLUS’  membership level adds even more content to the Neuromuscular Workout experience in the form of access to LIVE and EXCLUSIVE online live workout streams with our training specialist and Neuromuscular Workout founder, Malou Deichmann.

There are 4 online live workout streams a week to join as a ‘Pro PLUS’ member, and each live workout works within the Neuromuscular Workout themes of Spine and Posture, Running Support, and Recovery and Injury Prevention.

Each workout takes roughly 50 minutes to participate in, and are are scheduled for the following times:

  • Monday 08:30 CET
  • Tuesday 07:00 CET
  • Thursday 07:00 CET
  • Friday 08:30 CET

These live workout streams with Malou start with calming breathing exercises, followed by mobilizing warm-ups, which then move into the exercises, making them a perfect compliment to a physically active day!

As a ‘Pro PLUS’ member, you can participate in one or all of these exclusive live workout streams during a week, and at the end of each class you are welcome to ask Malou questions which she will endeavour to answer as best she can.
