The ‘I Will Run’ manual is a collection of exercises in pictures with accompanying texts that describe the most essential exercises that I have selected and developed over many years to make the body strong and ready to run.
The exercises are based on relevant scientific research combined with my years of experience in training and rehabilitation – often with running in mind.
If you have the green-light to train from, for example, your doctor or physiotherapist without any restrictions, you can use all the exercises in the manual on their own, or as a strength training programme that you can perform either at home, outdoors or in a gym.
The exercises within will benefit your strength, balance, posture and ability to run, walk, speed walk, cycle, row, swim or any other activities where strength training is an important supplement.
